Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring you include the printed return slip or write the authorization number clearly on the outside.
Ship the Items
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
