Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and SMS with a tracking link and AWB number to monitor your package in real-time.

What is the return policy for MyRaymond products?

We offer a 30-day return policy for most items. Products must be unused, unwashed, and have all original tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular mobile wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for select pin codes.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, MyRaymond ships exclusively within the country. We are working on expanding our logistics to support international orders in the near future.

Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?

Orders can be cancelled through the 'My Orders' section of your account as long as the status has not yet changed to 'Shipped'.
